About the Role
Prepare, review and implement construction methodologies, method statements, and work sequences to ensure safe and efficient execution.
Manage day‑to‑day site operations for civil works fronts, including piling, pile caps, drainage, roadworks, and external works.
Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
Monitor work progress, quality, site records and documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Assist in statutory submissions, inspections and liaison with relevant authorities as required.
Identify construction risks and propose practical engineering solutions to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Civil / Structural Engineering or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil, structural, or building works.
Experience in airport projects, industrial plants, treatment facilities, or heavy infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
Familiar with statutory submission procedures and coordination with government departments.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of working parties.
