About the Role
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering projects, including site preparation, structural works, and infrastructure integration.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Oversee site operations, including risk assessments, quality control, and health & safety protocols in line with OSH Ordinance.
Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to resolve issues and drive project progress.
Prepare progress reports, tender documents, and variation orders as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Professional qualification such as MHKIE, RPE (Civil), or equivalent; membership in relevant institutions (e.g., HKIE) is highly desirable.
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a project management role on infrastructure projects (government projects in Hong Kong preferred).
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
