About the Role
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for gondola installations, including site surveys, design coordination, procurement, and on-site implementation.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks for gondola systems, addressing any technical issues promptly.
Liaise with stakeholders to provide progress updates, manage change orders, and resolve conflicts.
Optimize resource allocation and foster innovation in gondola design and installation techniques.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project handover and post-completion reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on gondola works, or similar construction/engineering projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
