About the Role
Handle full post‑contract quantity surveying duties for assigned projects, ensuring accurate cost and contractual control.
Compile, update, and maintain commercial accounts, cost records, and documentation.
Monitor project progress and ensure programmes align with planned timelines.
Coordinate with external parties, including subcontractors and suppliers, to support smooth project execution.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Engineering or equivalent
3+ years of QS experience in E&M‑related projects
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Hands‑on experience in valuation of variations, including measurement, cost justification, and documentation.
