About the Role
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets, expand market share, and promote our portfolio of construction materials
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team, providing guidance on performance, training, and professional development to ensure high team productivity and morale.
Identify new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and build partnerships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, developers, and distributors in the construction sector.
Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management to inform decision-making and optimize operations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies while promoting sustainable and innovative product solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align on goals and enhance product offerings.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within construction industry
Demonstrated success in leading sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and driving business growth in a B2B environment.
Strong knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements in the construction sector.
