About the Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets, expand market share, and promote our portfolio of construction materials

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team, providing guidance on performance, training, and professional development to ensure high team productivity and morale.

  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and build partnerships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, developers, and distributors in the construction sector.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management to inform decision-making and optimize operations.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies while promoting sustainable and innovative product solutions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align on goals and enhance product offerings.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within construction industry

  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and driving business growth in a B2B environment.

  • Strong knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements in the construction sector.
