About the Role
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the commercial team, ensuring excellent financial and operational performance across the business units.
Develop and implement effective tendering frameworks, pricing strategies, cost estimation methodologies, subcontracting models, and risk management provisions.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership, operations, and finance teams to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives and strengthen key client relationships.
Oversee the full procurement cycle and Quantity Surveying activities, including supplier evaluation, cost planning, price negotiation, and subcontractor selection and appointment.
Lead contract administration, including the management of claims, commercial negotiations, variations, and dispute resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in builder , minor works, or E&M projects, with proven team leadership experience.
Professional qualification (HKIS or RICS chartership) is highly advantageous.
Strong commercial acumen, coupled with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
