Our Client is one of the leading engineering contractors in Hong Kong

About the Role

The role is required to take lead in the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including sourcing & attracting candidates through various channels (e.g. recruitment & social media platforms), conducting interviews, preparing employment-related documents and handling on-boarding formalities. Leading Compensation & Benefits (C&B) matters is expected including monthly payroll processing, MPF administration, tax filing, insurance administration and benefits review. 


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • A minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in HR field, with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proactive, good team player with good communication skills

  • Previous working experience in engineering sector will be an advantage

  • Immediately available is highly preferred
