About the Role
Role Overview
Report to the Maintenance Manager. Oversee safe, efficient daily operations of the plant facility, execute operational plans, and audit compliance to meet performance standards.
Ensure daily operation of the plant in terms of all electrical works.
Enforce company SHEQ policies during shift
Supervise shift personnel
Plan and coordinate maintenance during shifts
Assign tasks and set operational targets for operators
Oversee contractors on daily maintenance
Ensure electrical systems on the jetty comply with policies, regulations, and codes
Coordinate with maintenance and plant teams
Implement plans to optimize facility performance
Requirements
Registered Electrical Worker Grade B0 or H0 is preferred.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Preferably Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering
Relevant experience in sewage, landfill, LNG, oil, gas, chemical, or similar process industries
At least 2 years in a supervisory role
Solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
