About the Role
• 監督電氣團隊日常保養、維修及故障排除，確保營運順利。
Supervise the electrical team in daily maintenance, repair and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
• 制定預防保養計劃，減少生產停機時間。
Develop preventive maintenance plans to minimise production downtime.
• 確保所有電氣工作符合EMSD規例及安全標準。
Ensure all electrical works comply with EMSD regulations and safety standards.
• 管理電氣項目及設備升級工程。
Manage electrical projects and equipment upgrade works.
• 培訓團隊成員並執行安全檢查及記錄。
Train team members and conduct safety inspections with proper records.
Requirements
• 持有機電工程署註冊電工H牌（REW Grade H）。
Holder of valid EMSD Registered Electrical Worker Grade H (電工H牌).
• 最少5年工業電氣維修經驗，2年以上督導經驗。
Minimum 5 years industrial electrical maintenance experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• 熟悉三相電力、VFD、PLC及工業電氣系統。
Familiar with 3-phase power, VFD, PLC and industrial electrical systems.
• 了解香港電氣安全法規，具領導力及溝通能力（粵語及英語）。
Knowledge of Hong Kong electrical safety regulations with leadership and communication skills (Cantonese & English).
• 能閱讀電氣圖則，適應工廠環境及輪班/待命工作。
Able to read electrical drawings; willing to work in factory environment with possible shift/on-call duties.
