About the Role
Identify new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.
Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Consistently achieve sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-up.
Provide expert technical advice on air conditioning system design, equipment selection, and optimal system configurations.
Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to recommend the most suitable solutions.
Collaborate closely with Project teams to ensure accurate, feasible proposals and seamless order fulfillment.
Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related discipline.
3+ years of relevant experience
Excellent presentation, proposal preparation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
