About the Role
Design & Integration: Develop and review BMS control strategies, functional descriptions, and points lists.
Commissioning: Lead the testing and commissioning of BMS systems, including hardware-to-software integration and point-to-point checks.
Technical Support: Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on building automation systems (HVAC, lighting, and power monitoring).
Project Management: Coordinate with mechanical and electrical contractors to ensure systems are installed per specifications and on schedule.
Optimization: Analyze system data to identify energy-saving opportunities and implement logic changes to enhance building performance.
Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, O&M manuals, and updated graphics for user interfaces.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: Proven experience in BMS/HVAC controls engineering, preferably within a consultancy or specialist contractor environment.
Systems Knowledge: Proficiency with major BMS platforms
