About the Company

Our client is a prominent, well-established international group with a strong regional footprint and a multi-industry presence. To support their continued organizational growth, they are seeking an agile HR Project Manager to join their high-performing Group HR team.

Reporting to the Head of HR Project, this role focuses on driving cross-regional employee engagement strategies, leading group-wide engagement surveys, and leveraging data analytics to optimize key employee lifecycle touchpoints across diverse entities.

About the Role

  • Lead and execute group-level initiatives to enhance end-to-end employee journeys, working with a strong cross-cultural sensitivity to cater to regional needs.

  • Partner closely with business leaders and local entity HR teams across different regions to align engagement strategies and drive seamless execution of group initiatives.

  • Manage end-to-end employee engagement survey processes, from survey design and rollout to in-depth data analysis, presentation of insights, and post-survey action planning.

  • Utilize advanced HR analytics to extract actionable insights, measure engagement effectiveness, and continuously improve employee touchpoints.

  • Handle ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • University degree or an equivalent qualification, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.

  • At least 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, with a proven track record in HR Project Management roles, alongside strong exposure to Employee Engagement.

  • Experience gained from a group-level role with regional exposure is highly preferred.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills in a matrixed environment, with the ability to communicate smoothly across all organizational levels.

  • Agile and proactive, with strong business acumen, a high comfort level with numbers, and an analytical mindset to drive HR analytics.

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

  • Proficient in MS Office; with working knowledge of PowerBI
