About the Role
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, delivering responsive, professional, and solution-oriented service.
Proactively manage tenant relationships through regular engagement, feedback surveys, and follow-up actions to drive high satisfaction and retention rates.
Oversee the full cycle of lease renewals, rent reviews, amendments, and terminations.
Coordinate closely with facilities management, finance, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues and maintenance requests promptly.
Manage tenant move-in/move-out processes and special requests (e.g. fit-outs) professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate tenancy records, lease documentation, and databases while ensuring full compliance with lease terms and regulations.
Develop and implement tenant retention and engagement initiatives.
Monitor KPIs (occupancy, satisfaction scores, arrears, renewal rates) and prepare timely reports with recommendations.
Support new leasing and vacancy management activities when required, with focus on compatible tenant profiles.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to inform tenancy strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in leasing and/or tenancy management (commercial, office or retail properties preferred).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with a genuine customer-centric mindset.
Proven ability to build rapport with diverse tenants and handle sensitive matters professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
