Our client is running a F&B/Retail business and they are expanding their business with operations manager openings

About the Role

  • Develop and execute business plans and brand strategies to achieve revenue targets through strong operations, excellent customer service, market growth, and effective marketing.

  • Lead new store openings, including preparation of operations plans to ensure timely and on-budget launches.

  • Oversee daily operations and monitor SOP performance to drive sales, productivity, manpower efficiency, and service quality.

  • Take full P&L responsibility, lead sales and marketing strategies, identify opportunities and risks, and strengthen brand visibility.

  • Build and manage an effective operations team with standardized processes to achieve KPIs and business goals.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma in Business Management or related field.

  • Minimum 6 years of operational and management experience in retail chain stores

  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to recruit, retain, motivate, and develop teams.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and sound business acumen.

  • Proficient in Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
