About the Role
Lead overall plant operations; develop production and maintenance plans and schedules while optimizing resources for high-mix, customized assembly and remanufacturing.
Manage P&L responsibility for the plant.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high service quality.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and safe handling of heavy machinery.
Lead cross-functional and international teams; manage recruitment, training, and performance management.
Optimize inventory and supply chain for raw materials and large imported components.
Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and After-Sales teams on new product introductions and customizations.
Prepare annual budgets and lead capital expenditure projects for equipment and production line upgrades.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in heavy machinery, automotive assembly, or heavy industrial production (automotive experience will also be considered).
Hands-on experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Fluency in English is preferred.
Strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, and change management skills.
Experience with major heavy equipment brands (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, etc.) is a strong advantage.
