About the Role
Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle for your assigned category, from roadmap development to product rationalization.
Product Marketing: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, creating compelling value propositions and sales enablement tools that resonate with the construction industry.
Market Intelligence: Work closely with the Sales team and engage directly with the market. Translate market trends and competitor activity into actionable product strategies.
Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to develop pricing frameworks that balance market competitiveness with sustainable profitability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary subject matter expert, supporting the sales team in technical discussions and providing the product training necessary to drive growth.
Requirements
Experience: 8 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the construction, chemical, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
Skillset: A mix of strategic marketing prowess and technical curiosity. You should be comfortable analyzing data to drive pricing and portfolio decisions.
Mindset: A proactive "owner" mentality. As an individual contributor, you thrive on managing your own projects and influencing stakeholders.
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical features into clear business benefits for both internal teams and external clients.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
