About the Role
Lead the full project lifecycle for BMU/gondola installations, including planning, design review, scheduling, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Oversee site installation, supervision of subcontractors, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks while monitoring costs and implementing corrective actions to meet financial targets.
Conduct technical reviews of designs, calculations, and specifications for BMU systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and third parties to facilitate approvals, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project.
Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, variation orders, and documentation while ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years specifically in BMU, gondola, or facade access systems projects.
Proven track record in managing BMU/gondola design, installation, testing, and commissioning processes.
Strong knowledge of relevant safety standards, building regulations, and technical aspects of suspended access equipment.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (especially Project/Excel), and other project management tools.
Outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
