About the Role
Develop, review, and implement construction methodologies, method statements, and work sequences to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
Oversee daily site operations across various civil works fronts, including piling, pile caps, drainage systems, roadworks, and external works.
Supervise on-site activities to ensure full compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
Monitor construction progress, maintain quality control, and manage site records, documentation, and reporting.
Liaise and coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Support statutory submissions, arrange inspections, and coordinate with relevant government authorities as required.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in civil, structural, or building construction projects.
Prior experience in infrastructure works would be a distinct advantage.
Strong knowledge of statutory submission procedures and experience coordinating with government departments in Hong Kong.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure.
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
