About the Role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of service mechanics and engineers.

  • Plan workforce allocation, scheduling, and daily operations to meet service demands.

  • Provide technical guidance and lead resolution of complex E&M system issues.

  • Ensure service quality, contractual compliance, and achievement of KPIs.

  • Manage costs, productivity, safety performance, and support service revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • 8–12 years of E&M service experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong technical knowledge in E&M maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhauls.

  • Proven leadership skills in team development and performance management.

  • Good commercial awareness with focus on customer satisfaction and safety compliance.
