About the Role
Lead, coach, and develop a team of service mechanics and engineers.
Plan workforce allocation, scheduling, and daily operations to meet service demands.
Provide technical guidance and lead resolution of complex E&M system issues.
Ensure service quality, contractual compliance, and achievement of KPIs.
Manage costs, productivity, safety performance, and support service revenue growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
8–12 years of E&M service experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Strong technical knowledge in E&M maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhauls.
Proven leadership skills in team development and performance management.
Good commercial awareness with focus on customer satisfaction and safety compliance.
