Our client is a globally recognized MNC with a strong track record of sustained profitability and market leadership. Boasting a highly diversified portfolio across multiple industries, they are currently seeking a dynamic Rewards Manager to join their high-performing Global Total Rewards team.

About the Role

  • Reporting to the Head of Rewards. Manage, drive and execute group-wide annual compensation projects, including base salary reviews, variable bonus allocations, headcount planning, and staff cost budgeting.

  • Lead and contribute to group-level total rewards programs, such as pay structure revamps, benefits optimization, job evaluation frameworks, and total reward philosophy enhancements.

  • Act as a strategic liaison to regional HR teams and business heads across different business entities to ensure seamless rollout and consistent execution of total rewards policies.

  • Perform complex pay simulations, market benchmarking, and data analytics to deliver actionable, evidence-based recommendations that optimize compensation structures.

  • Partner with external consulting firms on strategic transformations, such as workforce planning, incentive scheme redesign, and international mobility strategies.

  • Monitor market developments, industry benchmarks, and regional labor regulations to keep our total rewards offerings competitive, modern, and legally compliant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Statistics, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with hands-on expertise in Compensation & Benefits / Global Rewards projects. Experience working in a sizeable MNC and in a group-level role is a plus.

  • Ideally with exposure to both HR consulting and in-house experience.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and strong data analytics skills will be an added advantage.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English, as well as Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), is required.
